30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Items that are not eligible for return include:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalized or customized items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as the wrong item being shipped or an item arriving damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to process your return or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
